If I find a guitar that you’re interested in buying, do you offer finders fees?
Yes, WSG offers some of the highest finders fees in the industry.
Do you consider trade offers?
Yes, we accept trades of original vintage guitars. This may be for partial or full value.
Do you purchase entire collections?
We do! Should you be interested in selling your full collection, please email us or give us a call.
Are all of your guitars original?
All of the guitars that we buy and sell have been inspected for originality and authenticity. All guitars will be original unless otherwise stated in the description. WSG is fully transparent on all items we sell.
What is your return policy?
Upon receipt, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify WSG within 24 hours. We will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when it shipped out. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and bank fees that may be incurred throughout the return process. All returns must be packaged in the same materials that the guitar was sent out in to ensure the instruments safety. All claims regarding loss or damage are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any guitar sold or reviewed in-store at Well Strung Guitars is final sale.
