1965 GibsonL-48 – Sunburst


Here we have a well-cared-for 1965 Gibson L-48 in Sunburst! This guitar truly has that vintage look, sound, and feel, all for an affordable price! This classic archtop features a mahogany top, back and sides, and a richly colored rosewood fretboard with pearl dots. The finish itself is in great shape for its age, with hardly any weather checking! This guitar features all its original components, with an added DeArmond pickup and volume and tone controls. Everything functions as intended, and the nicely voiced neck pickup can provides booming tones. The neck is exceptionally comfortable, with a 1-11/16 nut, first fret neck depth of .80” that gradually increases to .94” at the tenth fret.
