1957 GibsonLes Paul Junior – Sunburst
If you’re looking for a simple guitar that can provide exceptional tone, it’s tough to beat a played-in Les Paul Junior, just like this completely original example from 1957! This year would also be the last full year of the single-cut Junior before moving to the double-cut design in mid-1958. Like most single-cut Juniors, this one has a highly comfortable Full C neck profile that feels great with the very lightly played original frets. This one really comes alive amped up thanks to its one hot P90 pickup; once you hear it, putting this one down will be tough!
