1954 FenderStratocaster – Sunburst (Trem Cover Serial #)
We are thrilled to have this early production 1954 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst, featuring a tremolo cover serial number: 0194. This particular guitar is one of the approximately 200 Stratocasters that received a serial number stamped directly into the tremolo cover, rather than the neck plate. As a result, it features all the earliest Stratocaster appointments, including short-skirt knobs, all-bakelite plastics, a football switch tip, and a round string tree. The neck feels supple in the hand, with a nice amount of fretboard and neck profile wear, making it even more comfortable to play.
