1966 FenderJazz Bass – Dakota Red
This 1966 Fender Jazz Bass in Dakota Red has got to be one of the easiest-playing basses we have in the store at the moment! It looks simply stunning with its matching headstock, uber-rare “lollipop” tuners, pearl dot inlays, and bound rosewood fretboard! Included with the bass is even the original sales receipt that shows it was sold just two days after Christmas in 1966. Someone’s bonus came through! This particular instrument was certainly played, as its flamed neck shows some wear to the finish, and the body has some light assorted wear. You don’t often see ’66 examples quite like this one, and now is the chance to pick one up in a rare custom color!
