1961 FenderCustom Telecaster – Sunburst
Sometimes a vintage piece comes into our shop that we can’t believe, and this clean 1961 Fender Custom Telecaster in Sunburst is one of them! This guitar is fully original and has been well-kept throughout its life. Unlike most Custom Telecasters, this original finish has cherry red sides, unlike the much more common and earlier dark brown (almost black) sides. It also sports a beautiful slab rosewood board, clay dots, and one of the nicest flamed necks we’ve seen on a vintage Tele. This is an all-around fantastic instrument with a comfortable weight, beautiful look, and amazing sound.
