1966 GibsonES-335-12SV – Natural

This completely original 1966 Gibson ES-335-12 in Natural features a factory Varitone control?! This is the only such example that we know about, and it just so happens to be an incredibly well-preserved piece on top of that. The guitar has an incredible resonance to it, and the top-end octave strings ring out with every strum. The neck is a pleasant full C shape, and the string spacing is comfortable even with twelve strings and a 1-9/16” nut width. These two humbuckers pick up the jangle of this guitar beautifully, and with these controls, you can dial in the exact tone you’re looking for. With the original Varitone control, this guitar is also factory-wired for Stereo.
