1965 GibsonFirebird I – Heather Poly

We’re overjoyed to have this extremely rare 1965 Gibson Firebird I in its original Heather Poly finish! Of every Gibson Custom Color that was released with the birth of the Firebird, Heather Poly is one of, if not the rarest of the bunch. This particular example’s finish has an even fade/yellowing of the clear coat, playwear, and weather checking, making it all the more vibey. These factory large frets are in great shape, and as a result, playability is fantastic up and down the neck. The well-matched set of P-90s can provide anything from warm cleans to sharp growls, and vibrola is a bonus for more versatility. If you’re looking for the rare Firebird with tons of vibe and great overall functionality, this is the one!
