1962 FenderJazz Bass – Black
We’re incredibly pleased to have this super rare and beautifully clean 1962 Fender Jazz Bass in its original Black finish! Fender did not offer matching headstocks until mid 1962, so to see this slab board, 3 knob Jazz Bass in custom color Black is nothing short of astounding. Thanks to this extremely comfortable Full C neck profile, this bass feels amazing in the hand up and down the neck. The rich dark fretboard with clay dots and the black finish is a timeless combination, and the tortoise shell pickguard really makes this one a show-stopper. Thanks to the two well-balanced pickups, this instrument absolutely sings with a sound nicely rounded and warm. Even the original Brown hardshell case is in excellent condition!
