1967 GretschSongbird (Sam Goody) – Sunburst

This is our gorgeous 1967 Gretsch Songbird in Sunburst! Only about 200 of these were made in ’67 by Gretsch for Sam Goody, a once dominant music retailer. The Songbird was essentially the same guitar as the Gretsch Rally, though with some minor changes to the visual design. The most obvious changes are the ā€œGā€ shaped soundholes, which look too cool! The overall guitar is in great shape, with the finish itself in great condition. There is a small but stable crack just above the bass ā€œGā€ soundhole.

Overall Condition: 8.5, finish looks great with very mild wear and some binding shrinkage (very common on Gretsches of the era)
