1954 FenderStratocaster – Sunburst (Trem Serial #)

This 1954 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst is incredibly special, as it is within the first 10 Stratocasters that were given a serial number! This is #0108, making it the 9th serialized Strat (Starting with #0100). These early Strats with trem cover stamped serial numbers were given to traveling Fender Reps to promote the model. Once you pick up this historic piece, you’ll understand why the Stratocaster is one of the most popular guitars of all time! It appears whoever owned this piece originally had nailed some decorative letters on the front of the body, but they have since been removed. It has left some nail holes on the bass side of the body.
