1957 FenderStratocaster – Turquoise Metallic

How cool is this 1957 Fender Stratocaster in its original, pre-color chart finish?! The first color chart from Fender appeared in 1960, so any color before then was exclusively custom ordered. The overall preservation of this instrument is nothing short of spectacular, and there’s barely even playwear through the fretboard’s thin clear coat! This finish very closely resembles Ocean Turquoise. Even in the 60s and 70s, Ocean Turquoise was considered a rare finish, and to have this Stratocaster from the 50s in such a similar color is next level! Not only is it a stunning and rare piece, but it feels incredible in the hand. Amped up, it sounds just as good, if not better, than it looks!
