1968 FenderThinline Telecaster – Olympic White (Matching Neck and HS)

Our jaws hit the floor when we opened the case to this original 1968 Fender Thinline Telecaster fully finished in Olympic White! We haven’t seen another original example like this one with both the body, neck, and headstock fully painted, and we can deduce this was most likely made for a Trade Show or promotional material to market the then-new Thinline model. It’s certainly as much a player as well as an unbelievable showpiece, with a comfortable neck and a very snappy but resonant sound. The contrast of the Olympic White, pearloid pickguard, and rosewood neck makes this guitar pop as a rare piece!
