1955 GibsonLes Paul – Goldtop
This 1955 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop is all original and unbelievably clean! We purchased this guitar many years ago from the Mel Bay collection, along with a remarkable 335 you may have seen on our website. Both are in nearly perfect condition, clearly taken immense care of for many years. As such, not only is this guitar stunning to look at, but it also remains completely original with its original case as well. It plays beautifully, as expected from a guitar owned by the great Mel Bay! So many of us grew up with his renowned lesson books, and we are thrilled to offer this guitar in our store.
Overall Condition: 9.5; what more can we say?! It’s an incredible Goldtop.
